Robbie's people have double-booked him for 8/25--Chicago and Cambridge in the same day!!! Can our hero do it? If so, he truly is superhuman. Then again, he has the benefit of the time change.
The Hideout show looks to be on its usual Monday, 8/22. The Passim show is on the posted 8/25. Sigh...it's a Thursday. On top of that annoyance (will I get there on time or at all...who knows?), Joe Pernice, one of Robbie's few songwriting equals (imho, of course), is playing within walking distance in Cambridge at the same time! I suppose that I could hit the 8pm Robbie show and still get to Joe's second show at 10pm.
