thanks
....for the nice showing last night, all. And thanks to my friend Elaine for the excellent insight regarding all four children standing sullenly immobile on stage amid the show's closing number in their Jackson 5 outfits, as I jumped merrily around them and tried in vain to get them to smile and dance a little. "Reminded you of how hard old Joe must have had to work at those kids, just to get them to do all that stuff," she said. It seems I'm one of those lily-liver hypocrites who is happy to nibble to satiety on the fruits of others' child-whipping while declining to do my own. My easygoing stage direction proved a feeble torch against the little f***ers' zero-Kelvin emotional shield.
I'm taking it easy this afternoon, will check back in in a day or two...

Thanks go to you and your team. I had a great time at the show!
I thought it was a fantastic show! As I walked with Joe two blocks to the car, he repeated “I tried not to look at the puppet. I don’t want to have bad dreams.” Then a history of the elephant man and why MJ possessed his bones were topics of conversation on the ride home. By the end of the show, I think Joe was equal parts tired and uncertain. But he had a great time, found a Kit-Kat from the Blanket piñata, and received a few attaboys from the audience on the way out. Success!
Great show Robbie, love the addition of the kids, they did a great job and really made the concept come to life. Cant get enough of that Robbie and friends stuff! I took a few photos which I will forward to you
